  • Not even a year, and at risk for drive failure.

Since 9 November, Intel Rapid Storage Technology has been warning me of a possible hard drive failure. Event Logger claims this will be a critical drive failure when I will lose everything.

I purchased my EON-S 15 and have a 256GB SSD for the operating system and a 500GB hybrid mechanical drive for everything else (mostly game files).

My previous laptop (HP) I had for 5 years and never had drive problems. This one had problems within a week (a bad block), which was resolved after a day.

Currently backing up all my stuff. What's the next process to have this issue resolved?
