  • How to log into Origin PC client when it's not letting me?

    I just downloaded and installed the Origin PC client and it doesn't seem to allow me to log in, since after I enter my credentials I never receive an email from them telling me to confirm my log in or anything. Logging in to my account through EA or other parts of Origin's website also proved equally unsuccessful. I checked on Origin forums twice, the first time the live chat timed out before I could speak to a representative, and the second time it said that live chat is closed right now and to please try again during business hours, despite the fact that there was a message at the top saying that they have temporarily changed their business hours due to coronavirus to 8am - 11pm UTC Monday-Saturday, yet it was 8:26pm on Wednesday April 1st UTC when I tried to access live chat. What is going on with Origin? How can I log in? All help is much appreciated.

        Pretty sure his issue is with the EA Origin game client and nothing to do with Origin PC.

              It has nothing to do with OriginPC. I suppose there could be someone here who has the same problems, but this site can't offer help for it and these forums aren't that busy, so chances of someone knowing an answer is slim. Good luck ;-)

                      ...And I already responded to that post telling you I already tried going to that link but it didn't work because the only option was live chat which was made unavailable for some unknown reason despite the fact that it said the hours were from 8am to 11pm UTC Monday through Saturday and it was 8:26 pm on a Wednesday when I checked. It told me to check back during business hours.

                            Thanks for that number. I also tried disabling add-ons as well as using a different browser, and it didn't work.

                              Also, I just called this number and they told me it's the wrong number. Furthermore, how many times do I have to tell you that the link you've referred to three times already is useless. They only provided live chat, and when I tried accessing live chat, it said check back during business hours, when it already was business hours for them, which I've explained in detail already.

                              If you can't understand a word I'm saying, then why pretend to be helpful? I'm not being rude so don't worry, but you're running my patience a little thin.
